The Bargehouse, next to the Oxo Tower, hosted a range of work as part of the African and Afro Caribbean Design Diaspora (AACDD) festival.

There were some really interesting pieces of art and design on display and the building itself was brilliant to wander around.  I was able to do quite a tour of the Caribbean in one photography section.

Crocodile dance mask

This crocodile mask is from the Torres Strait Islands (Australia and Papua New Guinea).  It would have been worn during a ceremonial dance.  It is made of a variety of materials including feathers, wood, turtle shell, metal, fur and glass.
